This policy covers higgygames.com, run by HiggyGames LLC, a Washington, USA company ("we", "us"). In short: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to reply, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email address, and message, when you send them to us.
• Technical data. Like any website, the services that host and protect this site receive your IP address and basic browser and device information when you visit or send the form.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking. Fonts and media are served from this site itself.

How we use it

We use what you send through the form to read and reply to your message. The technical data is used only to deliver the site and to block spam. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

These providers are based in the United States, so your information is processed there. Links to Steam, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. Formspree keeps submissions in line with its own policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Use the contact form or message us on Discord, and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction: we process your message on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering it, or because you asked us to respond. You may also object to processing, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across sites or over time, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change anything here.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that a child under 13 has sent us a message, we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
